This special event will feature a moderated conversation with Misty, performances by local dance companies. Plus, there will be a screening of her short film FLOWER, a ballet-on-film that tells the story of a family caregiver struggling with housing insecurity in Oakland, California. A highly anticipated culminating performance which features more than 300 students from the Collage Dance Conservatory who train in ballet, tap, modern, jazz and West African dance. This historically sold-out performance is an awe-inspiring opportunity to witness and invest in the promise of Memphis area youth.
